The Arc provides Advocacy services free of charge for those who are having difficulties obtaining services for themselves or their family member with mental retardation. We will provide assistance in: Education, Residential, Employment, Transportation, Adult Day Programs and State & Local Systems. Susan Kluge is the Advocate for children birth to 21 years of age. Lucia Broughton is our Adult Advocate.
